Eidolon™

Eidolon™ didn’t begin as a software project.

It began with frustration.

For years, I’ve worked as a writer, designer, marketer, and business owner. My days are spent managing websites, events, content, documents, emails, images, spreadsheets, notes, and conversations.

To complete a single project, I might move between email, WordPress, Google Docs, spreadsheets, Dropbox, WeTransfer, text messages, social media platforms, project notes, and countless browser tabs.

Every piece of information exists somewhere.

The challenge is remembering where.

A note is in one application. An image is in another. A conversation happened in an email. An important document is buried in a folder. Research is saved somewhere else entirely.

By the time you find everything you need, you’ve already lost part of your focus.

And then the process begins again.

The more technology we add to our lives, the more time we often spend managing technology itself.

At some point, I began asking a simple question:

What if there were a better way?

What if the tools we use every day worked together instead of pulling us in different directions?

What if ideas, notes, projects, conversations, files, and knowledge could exist in one place instead of being scattered across dozens of windows, apps, and devices?

That question became Eidolon™.

Not as a finished product.

Not as a promise.

But as an exploration of what technology could become if it were designed around the way people actually work, think, create, and learn.

A place where the focus shifts away from managing software and back toward the work itself.
